Our group fitness classes offer a dynamic mix of high-energy and more relaxing sessions, ranging from HIIT circuit training to yoga. With classes available five days a week, there’s something for every fitness level and goal. Most of our sessions are beginner-friendly, and our experienced instructors can adjust the intensity to suit each individual. Come and try our classes – we’d love to have you!

Booking group exercise classes

Practices:

You can make a booking 7 days before the class starts, there is no maximum limit for bookings.
You can cancel the booking 3 hours before the class starts.
You must check in to the class on time to validate your booking.
If you have 3 unused bookings, a 7-day booking ban will follow.

Class Descriptions

KETTLEBELL

Kettlebell class is an efficient, full-body muscle conditioning workout. The class improves muscle strength, balance, and coordination. The class consists of functional and heart-rate-raising movements.

FLOW YOGA

Flow yoga is a calm class suitable for everyone! The classes often practice strength-building movements in a flowing series. Flow yoga classes are often unique to the instructor, as they freely incorporate elements from their own yoga practice or areas of interest. The transition from one asana (yoga basic position) to another can be very fluid, and a wide range of different asanas may be performed in succession. The practice ends with a relaxation period, to which you can optionally bring your own blanket.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training is a class where you get to perform many different exercises against time. The class involves series of several exercises followed by rest. Typically, one exercise is worked on for 15-45 seconds before quickly moving to the next. The number of exercises can vary between 5-15.

Circuit training is well suited for developing basic and strength endurance due to short recovery times.

MOBILITY

The Mobility class uses opening movements aimed at developing the body's normal mobility. Relaxing movements also help with recovery. The pace is calm.

STRONG BODY

During an effective 45 minutes, sweat through varying muscle conditioning exercises. The class develops muscle strength and aerobic fitness through circuit training. The workout efficiently goes through all the major muscle groups of the body. Music adds tempo to the class.

STRETCHING

In the Stretching class, the body is maintained and its mobility increased with various opening and relaxing stretches. The class is calm.

FIT BURNER

Fit Burner is a full-body power package that develops both muscle endurance and aerobic fitness! The main focus is on diverse muscle conditioning exercises (using both body weight and equipment, such as barbells), spiced up with heart rate elevations. Energetic music gives energy to the class, but movements are performed at your own pace, timed by a clock.

BODY CARE

Relax tight muscles and increase mobility with this calm workout, which also works well as recovery after a previous group exercise class or your own gym workout! It includes opening, dynamic movements and static stretches, with a focus that may vary weekly.

HIIT

During the 45-minute HIIT class, you get to challenge yourself with full-body strengthening movements. The class consists of high-intensity work periods that raise the heart rate. The class strengthens both aerobic fitness and muscle condition.
