Hello, I'm Ella Friman, a personal trainer and group exercise instructor at Fit Kallio.

My coaching is based on the idea of holistic well-being. I believe that diverse nutrition and sufficient rest are important parts of well-being alongside exercise. Therefore, in my coaching, we focus on diet and recovery in addition to training. Through my coaching, I want to demonstrate how amazing results can be achieved for both internal and external well-being through exercise, nutrition, and rest. My coaching sessions are designed to help my clients achieve their goals in the best possible way.

I see myself as an encouraging coach who supports my clients' goals. I consider each of my clients as individuals and help them find better well-being through a carefully planned personal program.

My own sports background includes competitive gymnastics, dance, and several years of gym training. My diverse experience in sports provides a solid foundation for understanding movement from various perspectives. Additionally, my physiotherapy studies support my coaching.
