Hi, I'm Janne Vilmusenaho, and I work as a Personal Trainer at Fit Kallio.

As a coach, I am encouraging and motivating, and I can identify the strengths and areas for improvement of my clients. My goal is always to achieve lasting lifestyle changes for my clients by systematically introducing effective tools and routines. I consider my clients holistically and listen to their needs as individuals. I want to help everyone take care of their own body and find the joy of exercise through good training.

Gym training has been an important part of my life for over ten years, through which the importance of healthy lifestyles and overall well-being has been emphasized in my daily activities. I want to pass on this significance to others! Over the years, I have enhanced my knowledge about the importance of nutrition and can provide nutrition coaching.

I also played football at a competitive level for 15 years, up to the representative team, and I feel that it cemented a sporty lifestyle as part of me. Team sports have also made me a good team player, which is reflected in my coaching.
