Personal data is stored as long as necessary for the execution of the task mentioned in the register description. Outdated and unnecessary information is regularly deleted. Personal data is not archived.

The register can be accessed only by Fit Kallio staff. Fit Kallio's computer network and hardware on which the register is located are protected by a firewall and other necessary technical measures.
